S'pore Healthcare Services~~
The services that Singapore healthcare is impregnated with, promotes health, prevent and reduce illness, and ensure Singaporeans have access to good and affordable healthcare. Through a network of polyclinics and private medical clinics, primary medical treatment, preventive healthcare and healthcare education is being provided to Singaporeans.
With the 5 general hospitals throughout Singapore, providing multi-disciplinary inpatient and specialist outpatient services to Singaporeans. Also each general hospital provides 24 hour emergency departments, ensuring that Singaporeans are able to receive treatment regardless of the time, making sure that their safety and heath is always look after.
My Reflections:
I am impressed with Singapore's healthcare services. Providing the best to the citizens despite the expenses need.

Singapore offers universal healthcare to our citizens, with a financing system based on the philosophies on individual responsibility and affordable health care. With the mixed financing system, use of market based mechanisms to promote competition and transparency and the adoption of technology to further improve the delivery of healthcare services, Singapore have secured good healthcare outcomes for her population. Accomplishing these with a minimal expense, 4% of the GDP that is considered low among developed countries.
My Reflection:
I think that Singapore government is wise in decisions. Ensuring that all Singaporeans received basic and affordable healthcare, the government has a need to subsidize the heavy medical bills, despite the large amount of subsidizing, Singapore is still able to keep the healthcare expernditure to a minimal.

Singapore's Healthcare system consists of public and private healthcare, complemented by the rising standards of living, housing, education, medical services, safe water supply and sanitation, and preventive medicine.
All Singaporeans are available to good and affordable healthcare services with the help of government subsidies, making sure that no Singaporeans are prevented from receiving basic healthcare due to financial limitations from any hospitals.
Medisave, Medishield and Medifund schemes has been established to better help Singaporeans with their medical expenses by subsidising.
